Are you drinking enough water?

Knowing how much water you should be drinking on a daily basis to ensure you are hydrated enough to train properly is quite tricky.

At GH Training we offer all runners who attend our Marathon Preparation Days the chance to have a Body Composition Analysis, where we can accurately find out how much body water they are made up of and whether they are chronically dehydrated or not.

Unfortunately, not everyone has access to this service, so here is a fairly “industrial way” to find out if you are hydrated or dehydrated!
