How much protein do i need?


We all (or at least we should) know important carbohydrates are to keep our energy levels up and riding all day long…..

But how important is protein and how much should you be consuming?

Like so many nutritional topics, there are many different views on this, but to give you a general idea on how much you should be eating on a daily basis to help rebuild your body after cycling, take a look at this video.

Please note though, as convenient as protein replacement shakes and snack are, they are NOT essential and it is possible to get all your protein needs from your normal diet.
