How to drink during a sportive


Drinking (and eating) during a long ride or sportive is essential - particularly if you have hopes of crossing the finish line.

If you fail to hydrate and refuel properly it can have serious consequences on your health, so do not forget just how important your refuelling / rehydrating strategy is before your long ride.
